About

Equitable access to technology, delivered with engineering discipline.

I founded Origo Solutions in 2018 to bring cloud and AI to businesses of every size, with a conviction that good technology should be within everyone's reach. Today Origo helps companies in the US and Latin America move from AI curiosity to real results: choosing the right models, designing practical use cases, and putting governance around them.

My current work centers on large language models (Claude, GPT, Gemini and open-source models) and the systems around them: retrieval-augmented generation, MCP integrations, agentic workflows with LangGraph and CrewAI, n8n automation, and voice agents. I also roll out Claude and ChatGPT for teams, with usage guidelines, training, and cost controls. Before that I spent years in telecommunications presales, enterprise systems, and customer experience platforms, and I have led AWS implementations built on Amazon AppStream 2.0, Amazon WorkSpaces, and Amazon Connect.

I hold a master's degree in Engineering Management with a focus on project management from Florida International University, and a degree in electrical engineering and telecommunications from Escuela Politécnica del Ejército (ESPE) in Ecuador. I have managed complex programs with budgets above $40 million, acting as project manager and account manager for key customers and owning the sales cycle end to end.

Outside of work you will find me following Formula 1, on a tennis court, or in the pool.

AI adoption and automation

Professional services · US

Four AI tools consolidated into one governed system

The firm was paying for four AI assistants with no governance, and staff were pasting sensitive data into public chatbots. I standardized prompts and security, built a private RAG system on the API, consolidated to a single provider with model routing by task, and delivered a governance framework and roadmap. Result: up to 70% lower AI spend.

Marketing agency

ChatGPT Enterprise adoption across departments

Set up workflows, wrote usage guidelines, trained teams, and put repeatable AI processes in place department by department.

RAG assistants and AI inside the CRM

Document intelligence systems on vector databases, and AI integrated into Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive, from data preparation to automated workflows.

Automation · AWS

Secure, automated n8n on AWS

Automated deployment of n8n on Amazon EC2 behind CloudFront, running end-to-end workflows that combine APIs, LLMs, and dashboards.

Perspective

What I've learned about making AI work.

Adoption is the hard part.

Most AI initiatives don't stall on the model. They stall when people don't know what to use, when to use it, or what good looks like. The work that pays off is the unglamorous part: guidelines, training, and a way to measure progress.

Know what's working before buying more.

Many companies already pay for several AI tools and can't say which ones earn their cost. Consolidating, routing each task to the right model, and cutting what isn't used often matters more than adding the next tool.

Decide the layer, not the tool.

Frameworks, managed runtimes, and chat assistants aren't interchangeable choices. They sit at different layers, with different owners and different risks. The right question is who should carry the operational weight, and only then which product.
